I have restarted several times.  Also, I checked to make sure all software up to date.  I cannot seem to get a response from Webroot Technical Support.

Usually a uninstall/reinstall will fix this. I can give you exact instructions to do this if you'd like ..if you feel you are technically inclined. Just let me know ok?

 

Can you tell me What Mac OS you are running?
