I have just paid for renewal of my subscription and cannot download it. - what to do?

Are you using a Windows PC or a Mac because they are different installers.

Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely! Only if you are using a windows PC...
 

• Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
• KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
• Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
• Uninstall WSA and Reboot
• Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
• Let it finish it's install scan
• Reboot once again

Please let us know if that resolves your issue? If not then we will look at alternative avenues to try and solve this for you.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
Would yo uplease advise/provide a bit more information.  What exactly can you not download?  If you are renewing a subscription you should not have to downlaod anything as the renewal should apply to your existing installation that yo are renewing.  Did you purchase another keycode rather than add more time to your existing keycode/subscription?
 
Please clarify so that we can try to assist you.
