Under my devices I have the same computer listed twice. I don't know if this is from the Windows 10 upgrade or from a reinstall of Windows I did a long time ago. How do I get rid of the duplicate device?

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
To do this you will need to log in to your Web Console.
Please refer to this KB Article for instructions on how to remove the old entry.
In the Console you can click on each of the computers to see details. Delete the one with the older "Last scan" date.
