why does my screen keep telling me my subscription has expired when I renewed a month or so ago?

Welcome to the Community Forum,
 
I am afraid that this needs investigating in the back office systems to make sure that there is nothing going on that is untoward there.  Us volunteeers here do not have access to these so I will ping our most excellent Community Manager [user=15059][/user] in the hope that he can check up on your subscriptions and advise that they are current, etc.
 
NIc will be in the office this morning and he'll be able to look you up with your email account.
 
May I ask you where you purchased Webroot through? BestBuy perhaps? Or Directly from Webroot?
 
If you want to submit a Support Ticket then it's free of charge with an active subscription and they can look into this for you as well.
