I have several files that I cannot open and I looked at the Webroot settings and saw that it says it has fired an exception

I am afraid I am strugglinig to grasp exactly what your issue is. Would you be able to advise as to which these files are, which specific WSA Settings you are looking at & what yo mean when you say that it (what exactly is 'it') is saying that "...it has fired an exception"?
