read subject pretty simple question

 
Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

 

1. Did you add the correct keycode to the online console?

2. How long have you had WSA installed on that system as it could take an hour or more to show up on the online console.

3. Do you have others on the same keycode and did you install over your limit for your product (Complete is good for 5 Devices) and do they show up on the online console?

Edit: I see my fast-fingered friend, TripleHelix has already responded. :D

 

Are you referring to your PC not showing in your Web Console under "PC Security"?

 

If so, did you just install WSA on that computer? If so, it may take a little while for it to show in the console. Try running a manual scan. (right-click WSA icon in system tray, select "Scan Now")

 

If not, have you deactivated that PC for any reason in the past? If so, it would need to be reactivated.
