Not sure what you mean when you say that you "...have WR protecting one mailbox"? WSA does not specifically provide email and/or mailbox protection. So to assist you with your query would you be able to describe what you mean by 'mailbox protection' and how you have achieved it with WSA? What Shields have you used, etc?

 

Once we have more detail we can look to advise further.

I have Verizon.net for my email.

I have Mozilla Thunderbird which I use for every day email but I don't really care for it. I'm using WR for spam protection on

T -bird and I'm happy with WR.

I want to go back to using my Verizon.net mail box but their spam program really, really, SUCKS.

If I'm in my Verizon mailbox and click to identify an email as spam nothing happens!! Someone there once admitted to me that their spam only works for twenty items.........so it's worthless!!!

My question is this; how can I get my verizon mailbox to use WR when I click on 'spam"??

Since Baldrick is offline If I may add to what ?  has already stated is Webroot does not have a Spam filter/protection for emails.

 

Emails aren't scanned by Webroot, but as soon as you try to run a malicious attachment WSA would block the execution and protect your PC. Also if you would click on a link in an email the URL will be scanned against the cloud database.

You have to keep in mind that WSA works a bit different than other antivirus solutions; instead of scanning everything all the time and wasting hardware resources, Webroot tries to intelligently protect your PC against threats.
