Neither the member number or keycode are working, message that they are both invalid or incorrect continues to pop up.

If your copy has a Best Buy Serial Number on the back of the box, (I think this might be what you are calling the member number), you will need to call 1800-GEEK-SQUAD for assistance with this if you are trying to install from the CD. That would be a Best Buy Subscription Services copy, for which only they can correct the activation status or replace the key code if that is needed.
One thing to check though, make sure that the copy is listed on your purchase receipt. If it is NOT listed on the receipt, then you will need to go back to Best Buy to have it activated instead of calling. The Best Buy Subscriptions are activated on purchase, so if it is not on the receiept, it was not scanned in for activation.
