Thank you,

Charyl
? what are you doing exactly when this error occurs? Are you running a specific program or does it happen with different programs. Could you decribe what you do to lead to the error.
Not running any programs.

Example -

Shopping on Amazon. When I find something I want to look closer at I will open a seperate window so I don't have to keep reloading my existing page. When I open the new page it pops up every time.

Hello ?

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Looks like Edwin is offline right now so I will try to assist? Can you tell me what Browser you are using? Because I am thinking that a Reset of your browser may fix this. If you tell me what browser you are using I can give you instructions how to reset your browser. Also have you tried using another browser to see if you get the same error?

EDITED Or we can disable javascript in your browser. You can also disable one/all extensions to see if the error stops

Please look here for IE go here and take a look at this Webpage & FF

I am using firefox
Hi charyl,

Would you please have a look at this Webpage here and see if this helps you to resolve that error? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/944619

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-preferences-fix-problems

Remember to check or disable FF extensions to see if one of these is the culprit of this error message if you want to do this first!

Do you have a Webroot subscription? Because you can have the technical support team look at this if you feel it is Webroot related and this is free of charge with an active Webroot susbscription, by submitting a Support Ticket.

Let me know if this helped or not? Ok? There are others on the Forum that can also assist if this doesn't help.
