When I log in to My Webroot and click on go to passwords nothing comes up on the screen showing any of my passwords I have for the websites I access.
Also, is the premium app for my phone included with my subscription to reset my unlock screen if I forget my screen unlock password?

Are you saying you cannot sign into your online Console ?
Is this what you are having problems with? Password Management Or the Password Manager in your Borwser?
Could you tell me what Webroot version you have? Is it 1 user or 3?
My answer to unlocking your password screen will not unlock your phone if you forget your password. Is that what you are asking? Are you asking if the Premier is included with your subscription?

I have Webroot Secure Anywhere Version 8.0.4.115
I'm trying to access all of the saved passwords I have entered into webroot. When I login and click on password management none of my passwords are viewable.
And yes is premier included with my subscription for my android phone?

Hi CMC,
I can answer that Premier is not included with your prescription unless you have WSA Complete Or Internet Security Plus.
Also is this the first time you've had trouble accessing your Passwords In the Console?
Yes, I've been able to access my passwords previously.
The password wallet is working but I'd like to change some passwords which is why I was trying to acces it today.

Im sorry you are having this problem and I can only suggest that you issue a Support Ticket here because I cannot duplicate this issue because I can sign in to my Console.@ wrote:

I know this doesn't help your situation and I wish I could of been more helpful but I don't think a uninstall and reinstall would be helpful. So the Support team can patch this up quickly. They usually respond right away.
Now unless our kuru TripleHelix might be able to suggest something else. I'd be sticking with a Support Ticket if it was up to me.
Also we are just Volunteers helping others out so I just needed to clarify that.

Have you by any chance renewed your subscription to WSA by purchasing a new keycode rather than extending your current one?
PM data is keyed to keycode and as such if you have used another keycode then the PM data you had entered previously would no longer be visible...not lost I hasten to add, just in need of being transferred from original keycode to new on...something that Support can do on request via the Support Ticketing system.
Just asking as there have been numerous cases of this as the link between PM data & keycode is not clearly defined to users.

I think that is exactly what is wrong with my situation. I did extend my subscription rather than purchase a new keycode. I issued a support ticket last night but at the time I wrote the support ticket I didn't indicate my new found knowledge of renewing my subscription versus purchasing a new key code. That is really good information you have given me. I wonder if I shoud try and edit my ticket if that is even possible or just wait and see what happens.

Apologies if I have confused you but you say " did extend my subscription rather than purchase a new keycode." and that should not cause this issue. It is using the PM with one keycode and then activating or replacing that keycode with a different one, that causes the issue...as the PM data is linked to the keycode...and renewiing/extending a subscription retains the existing keycode rather than having you use a new one.
Again, apologies if I confused rather than helped.
But if two keycodes are involved then Support need to know so I would update the Support Ticket ASAP to give them all the information and then they can decide if it is relevant or not.
