I paid 2 times for webroot thinking my first payment didn't go through checked with the bank ending with 227 the payment did go thru then i used debit card ending in1450 and tried installing would you please send me the disc and my balance ?
? never ever mention any details about credit or debit cards in a forum anywhere for your own sake. Even the tiniest part can be used against you if the people somehow succeed in gathering more data from you. If you feel the need to share these details with Webroot then do it only in a direct contact with them and not on a forum. You never know who might be looking over your shoulder somewhere...

 

Besides that i suggest you get in contact with WR support ( if you bought it directly from them and renewed your subscription thru them ).

Yep I see the two purchases in there. Just call in and they can reverse the second one. I'll PM you the keycode so you can go ahead and install without the CD. You just need to download the installer from here:
