I just had a Laptop failure and was freaked. I see I have Backup and Sync.

How do I know what has been backed up and where?

As well, how would I get all those files to another laptop?
Hi BOCASBILL

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.

You are asking as to how does one know what has been backed up and where, but I am sorry to report that if you are asking this question then I suspect that the answer is that nothing has been backed up, as for the Back & Sync feature to work the users has to configure it to do to begin with, i.e.e, identify the folders & files to be backed up, etc.

I am hoping that I am wrong but if I am not then the feature will be of no use to you in your current circumstances.

Hello there, welcome to the Community!

I see my good friend ? has beaten me here   :)

Backup&Sync is only available on WSA-Complete.  I am sorry, but if you had not set up Backup&Sync, logged it in on the computer and set up what files/folders to backup, then there will not be any backup available online for you.

You can check by logging into the Account Console, and then going to the Backup&Sync tab to view what files/folders have been backed up.
