I have installed Windows 10 on both of my HP laptops as well as my Dell XPS desktop. Everything works fine on the laptops, but EVERY time there is a Windows 10 update on the Desktop....things freeze and crash as Webroot will not allow the updates to install. Even trying to temporarily shut down Webroot doesn't work. I have had to totally UNINSTALL it twice now. Something is stopping the updates from installing and then causing the machine to crash, reboot, crash, etc.
After I have uninstalled Webroot...things update fine. After the first major update I reinstalled Webroot...ran fine for a week or two. Got another big Windows 10 update the other night. Same thing happened...crash, reboot, crash, etc. So I again uninstalled Webroot. So far have NOT reinstalled it as this is getting old.
Anyone aware of an issue? and a FIX???
Lee.

Have not come across that one so far and thertefore I would suugest that you best caurse of action would be to Open a Support Ticket to get the Support Team to investigate.
