Inrernet Explorer 11 & Firewall Outbound Traffic

Back to my issue. When I use Firefox or any other program that asks for internet access, Webroot asks just once and I answer. When opening IE11, I have to click Allow Once 4 or 5 times and it is annoying. I will not set action to default at Always because I am a freak about what on my PC gets internet access and what does not. I want to be in contol and Webroot designed the perfect interface for someone like myself. Comodo FW also offers up something similar but I feel Windows 7 FW and Webroot are enough and I love how light in every way this combination is. Any ideas?
