I have a question about using SecureAnywhere Complete as outbound firewall control of Windows 7 FW. I love that Webroot gives me the option of choosing to allow a process access to the Internet by answering Block, Allow Once, or Always. I use Allow Once for everything and have the firewall setting set at Warn if any process connects to the Internet unless explicitly allowed. My question is this: Why when I use Internet Explorer 11 why does WSA Complete ask to Allow Once at least 4 or 5 times in a row? This has been an issue for me for almost three years now, so it's not a deal breaker because after my initial three years I signed up for five more a couple of months ago. That's how incredible I think WSA is as a security solution. It's a shame more people don't understand how it works or they feel the need to have another security program to back WSA up.
Back to my issue. When I use Firefox or any other program that asks for internet access, Webroot asks just once and I answer. When opening IE11, I have to click Allow Once 4 or 5 times and it is annoying. I will not set action to default at Always because I am a freak about what on my PC gets internet access and what does not. I want to be in contol and Webroot designed the perfect interface for someone like myself. Comodo FW also offers up something similar but I feel Windows 7 FW and Webroot are enough and I love how light in every way this combination is. Any ideas? Thank you in advance for any thoughts you might have.

I will try to answer your question as best as I can.
If I understand corectly, this happens only with IE 11 and not with Firefox?
What are your settings for Application Protection (in Identity Protection? WSA protects your personal files from applications. You can set applications to allow, deny or protect. WSA sets IE, Firefox and Chrome to protect by default.
Please check this post from earlier, There is an excellent description thatexplains the WSA processes.
I hope this helps.
Please let us know.
You may want to bring this IE 11 issue to the tech support team by submitting a support ticket. They will appreciate your feedback.
