Installation

I installed webroot on my computer and  i had 365 days left of activation. The next day it was expired. It says I have 21 days left. I had installed it on 2 other lab tops as well. I can install it on 2 other computers as it came with 5 downloads. I didn't want to reenter my pass code again as I didn't want to risk the chance of losing 1 download of protecting another device.
 I would appreciate your help and assistance with this matter, ASAP.
