installing replacement code

Did you get a new keycode? If you have a new keycode then please uninstall Webroot and reinstall with the new keycode.
 
Try uninstalling Webroot from the Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs option, or from Start > All Programs > Webroot SecureAnywhere > Tools > Uninstall Webroot.

Then please do a Clean install of Webroot,
 

• Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
• KEEP the computer online for install a to make sure it works correctly
• Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
• Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
• Let it finish it's install scan
• Reboot
