Welcome to the Community Forum,

 

Are you trying to use Password Manager with SecureWeb Browser and Backup&Sync? I'm sure if I understand what you need.

 

Here's some information from our KB Article  and go here. I would advise you to install Webroot SecureWeb Browser and Back & Sync from the Apple Store. Here is the User Guide

 as well.

 

Also I see you posted in the WSAC forum so you should be able to sign into Password Manager within the SWBrowser and Backup & Sync by using your password that you used to sign into your Online Account Console. (Email & Password)

 

If you are still having problems with your PW you can Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription and they will certainly sort this out for you.
