I have been trying to check for software updates and I keep getting a message that there is no active Internet Connection. How or where do I verify that Webroot has access to the Internet?

Are you experiencing this issue on a Mac or Windows machine?

 

Generally if Webroot is not connecting out to update it means there is a miscommunication with the software and a simple uninstall and reinstall can usually resolve this.
