Welcome to the community you can use Ad Aware with webroot, As webroot is designed to work with other antivirus programs and adware programs. It is recommended to keep webroot active aswell.

If I may be a bit more precise, while Adam is very much correct that WSA is designed to run with other AV programs, it is NOT designed to detect adware. Adware, programs that do no actual damage to the computer or your files, are a different class of software than is Malware. WSA detects and removes Malware, but it will not detect all Adware.
Using the two together is extremely effective.
