For a good long while I've had issues where Webroot's identity shield will prevent copy/paste from working within JRiver's Media Center. Setting Application Protection to protect fixes the issue. However I need to do this everytime JRiver updates their program This is quite frequent, often weekly.
While copy/paste isn't all that big of an issue I do wonder why JRMC is the only program that has this issue after every update.
But this is a big issue. With the last JRMC update I did lose video playback in JRMC. Protecting JRMC in Webroot's application protection settings fixed this problem as well.
Any suggestions for a solution? Why does Webroot seem to be overly protective of JRiver's Media Centere?

Hello jkrzok,
I'm having a look now and updating our whitelists for JRiver Media Center, which should help with the issues you are seeing when the application updates.
Thanks,
-Dan
