I am trying to login to my swebroot security account. The message I am getting says. "No SecurityAnywhere internet Security complete keycode. The keycode you entered is for Security Anywhere Antivirus which doesn't include Backup & Sync. To upgrade to SecurityAnywhere Internet Security complete click ok., use the back arrow to return to the previous screen and click on one of the links available there."
There is no back arrow,I am not sure what to do. PLEASE HELP!

Hi PSBandW
Welcome to the Community Forums.
You can check by looking to see if you have a folder entry for Webroot under Start Menu > All Programs then just page down the list until the 'W's and if you find the folder click on it and then click on the Webroot SecureAnyWhere entry or you can look in the notificaiton tray area to see if you can see a Green circle with a 'W' in it, then either double click it or right click it to display a context menu from which you should select 'View status'.
In both cases the above should open the mani WSA app panel and it should be coloured Green, with a big check mark in the upper middle section with the word 'Protected' ay the same levl on the lefthand side.
Anything else then post back to advise as to what you are seeing and we can investigate further.
