How do I get a new key code?  The last two numbers of my keycode stuck to the tab and I cannot read them.

I am not quite sure as to what you mean by "..stuck to the tab and I cannot read them" but the only way to get a new keycode, in these circumstances (I assume that you will not want to pay for one) will be to contact the relevant support team related to your purchase.

 

If a Best Buy/Geek Squad purchase then you should contact them (http://www.geeksquad.com/chat-with-an-agent/ or 1.800.GEEKSQUAD) in the first instance. For a purchase from any other source you should Open a Support Ticket, explaining the situation and asking the Support team to assist you.

? is entirely correct in suggesting to call Geek Squad.  The Best Buy subscription version is the only version that contains the key code on that peel off sticker.  They DO have that key code on record, so they can provide you the missing digits quickly and easily.
