I upgraded, renewed and received a key code to activate and it is not working.

    Welcome to the community! Can you help me understand what you mean when you say it’s not working? Are you getting a specific error message when you put in the new key code? Does it say it is an invalid key code?

    I entered in the new key code, hit activate and it does nothing.
