I bought and downloaded the program this morning....didn't get an email with my keycode. So I clicked on the "contact customer support" button and requested the email again.....nothing. I called the company....recordings which were no help, because it tells you to get your keycode in your account...but I can't register for an account without the freaking keycode.
So I log on here...and IMMEDIATELY got an email in response.
I filled out the request to have the keycode emailed to me again....and AGAIN.....NO KEYCODE. Webroot got my money. I would like my keycode. What do I have to do to get it?????????????

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may add to what Sherry has advised...we have seen a number of instances of this apparent failure to receive a keycode this weekend, and I am thinking that Sherry is spot on and that there may either be an issue with the Webroot back office or it is due to the long weekend.
In respect to all of that please note/check a couple of things; firstly, you are covered for a grace period after the expiry of your current keycode, precisely for this sort of reason and during that grace period you are still fully protected by WSA. Secondly, it may be worth, just to check that there is not a problem outside Webroot's control, checking with your credit card provider that the payment has indeed gone through. If that is not the case then it is with them that you should be following up rather than Webroot...but I suspect that this will not be the case...but no harm in double checking just to make sure.

We are volunteers here and we only can give advice.
So if you are worried then do as Baldrick states and that is to contact your credit card company to see if it went through.
