I can’t permanently delete a file which is password locked with Libre Office

This is no longer a problem. I rebooted my PC and this problem is gone. I do have a new one where when I click on “Access Web Console” nothing happens I go no where.

    @gmajic ,

    So if I’m understanding you correctly, your main issue is now being unable to open the Webroot Web Console? Can you walk me through your whole process?
