I can't log on from my wr dashboard. Can log on to the internet site. New applicaton, it isn't a password problem, something else. Anyone else have this and have a fix. Talked to support, they only wanted to sell me services. What kind of support is that?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may just concur with Lyle...if anybody, in that situation, is tryingto sell you services then I would put the phone down, run a mile, etc., as this smells like a bit of a scam to me. This is notsomething that Webroot Support would do as users of WSA with an active subcription are automatically entitled to free technical support in relation to WSA itself and related incidents such as malware attacks, infections, etc.
I smell a scam attempt...big time. :(
