Mac will not allow me to install Webroot

I am trying to install Webroot on an old Macbook. After I click on the screen to download Webroot I get a box that asks for my user ID and password. After entering this information and clicking install, the box just shakes, and does not begin downloading. Why is that?

Please check these requirements for the Mac..

    Mac OS® X v.10.7 "Lion"
    Mac OS® X v. 10.8 "Mountain Lion"    
    Mac OS® X v. 10.9 "Mavericks"
    Mac OS® X v. 10.10 "Yosemite"

    128 MB RAM (minimum)
    10 MB Hard Disk Space

    Apple® Safari® 5.0.1 or higher

If you have these requirements then please issue a free Support Ticket with an active subscription if you still cannot install.
