Is there a problem running multiple programs?
They can fight with each other and slow you down as well. I have had Kaspersky and Webroot on my computer and they were OK - but I have seen that on a newer computer than my dinosaur, they do clash. I have meanwhile removed the Kaspersky - it had expired anyway.
Hi dlg9845

Welcome to the Community Forums.

In general the answer is 'Yes' you can, so as to achieve a layered defense but where you must be careful when doing that is where the products contain a firewall component as running more than one firewall is in general a nono.

However, in the case of WSA, this is in fact not the case as WSA was designed from the outset to co-exist with/play well with other security apps and a part from in a couple of cases it does by ceding control to the other applicaiton and only stepping i if that applications misses something.

Having said all of that I would say that if you are running WSA you have little need for another main line security application as you are well protected by Webroot...but members do (and I am one of them) add complementary security apps to their set ups for a variety of reasons...with no apparent ill effect.
