When you provded your credit card information, did you provide it over the phone or did you use the online protal for Best Buy?

i renewed on the online portal which said my card would be charged on 11/25. my subsription apparently expired on 11/03

Please call 1800-GEEK-SQUAD to confirm this, but I am pretty sure that while there is a lengthy grace period in which to renew a subscription, your grace period ended on 11/03. The agents by phone can verify the current status of the subscription as being cancel panding or cancelled. (Cancelled means it cannot be renewed at this time.)
If you do not mind, after you call them to confirm the actual status, would you please reply here and let me know? I am actually trying to get a little bit of data regarding the Best Buy online portal, and the exact situation you appear to be in, so I can report it.
