I want to unstall and install webroot after upgrading to windows 10 so that the password addon will work in Chrome. When I went to the pc security tab, my two laptops were listed but not the desktop. Webroot appears to be working fine on the computer.

Hi lmcneel
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Whilst what yo are reporting is not correct it does occassionally happen but in terms of your intention to uninstalll & then reinstall WSA, the fact that you are seeing this is immaterial and will not affect what you are planning to do. Uninstalling & installing are done on the client and not from the console, which should just report what you have installed correctly.
In fact the uninstall & reinstall may resolve the issue yo are seeing in the console. I assumer that you have the instructions for the uninstall/clean install but if not then please let me know and I can post them here for you.

Thanks Baldrick.
Please pass on the instructions that you mentioned to me. I'm guessing a clean install will clear up the problem.

Sure thing...here they are:
- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
