The other day I got on my laptop and ALL of my Web Root settings were turned off! It said the page was currupt. When I rebooted and turned all Web Root settings back on it Zeroed my scan memory back to zero? It was almost like it was reinstalled. The days of my subscription seem to be correct, but it was showing zero scans in the history. Any Ideas what this could be. My lap top was in sleep mode in my car over the weekend.

Hi 12204Jason
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I have to say that I have not come across an incidence of this before, and therefore the only things that I can suggest given where you are is that you carry out an uninstall and clean reinstall just to make sure that you have not been the victim of a faulty install, etc. To do this:
If your subscription is directly through Webroot, you will need to contact Webroot Support. You can do so by submitting a Support Ticket if you have not already done so, or by phone during business hours. (The online Ticketing system is manned 24/7)

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

Hello there!
The scan history is of course kept in a log file, while they key code is stored separately. The data for the number of days is stored with the key code and is updated from the Cloud.
My best guess is that a text based log file that contained the previous scan info became corrupt and was automatically re-created on the reboot. That would result in the appearance of being freshly installed.
