My password manager does not work after I used the free trial key code and enterd a new key code from the disk. I get the message Your account has been deactivated. How do I fix this? You would think it would cary over to it when you add another code to your account.

Yes when you recieve a new keycode then you will need to Submit a Support Ticket so that they can transfer your passwords

 and Back up & Sync to your new keycode.
