How to enter password when it keeps saying wrong and i have reset it

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Please take a look at this previous thread on a similar topic, and also this one, in case them can be of assistance.
If you are having trouble with your current password then I would make sure that you are entering the correct characters in the correct case as I believe, from memory that the password is case sensitive (but I am sure on of the Android gurus will correct me on that is tha is not correct ;)).
Failing that then I would reset the password again, to something relatively simple and see if you can now gain access.
Failing that I would Open a Support Ticket and get the Support Team to look to assist re. the issue.

Maybe a silly quote but did you by any chance have multi language keyboard layouts active? Some users forget that and accidentally swipe/change the writing layout causing issues like this. If that happens to me i try to write the password in a field where the contents are readable & not encoded so i can see what i write is what i have in mind
