My screen keeps blinking, I tried restoring to an older restore point but it still does it? Not sure why but this just started happenign 3 days ago and it is driving me crazy - any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
What you're describing sounds more like a hardware problem, not software. If this is a desktop PC then you might want to check your video cables to be sure they are connected correctly. If you have a different cable, try replacing the cable to see of that helps. The balast in the monitor may also be failing, and you may need to try a different monitor.
If this is a laptop then determining the issue becomes a little more difficult to troubleshoot and most likely will involve a repair technician.
