I purchased a subscription renewal for Webroot anywhere and got the code.  I entered the code in the renewal process but it still tells me my subscriptin is expired when I pull webroot up on my computer.  What's up with this?
Before anyone does ask - I renewed directly on the webroot website and got my confirmation e-mail from them with the renewal number.
Hi karamelkat2010

Welcome to the Community Forums.

It can take a little while for the back office to process the renewal so I would give it a little bit longer and if say by this evening (if in the US) or tomorrow morning (if in Europe) you have not seen the renewal come through then I would Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can investigate this and look to get it resolved for you.

And, just another thought,; before you contact them I would check with your Bank or Credit Card Company if at all possible, as to whether the payment has gone through because if not then obviously there will be no renewal until it does.

Yeah I did this back in September.  I entered the code at that time and thought everything was kosher. I recently went into the program because I noticed my computer was "slowing down" like it had something..and so when I went to click the "scan my computer" I noticed then that my renewal status still said "Expired" even though it shouldn't be.

I agree with Baldrick.  One first step to take is simply to contact your credit card bank and verify that the charge has indeed gone through.  You also should submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support take a look at the license status.  Make sure you have the renewal confirmation email available.
