Today I had trouble with my Dell and had to contact them. They ran some scans but when they got done I no longer have my Webroot password manager. How do I get it back. I still have the green W in a circle at the bottom of my screen and it shows I am still protected but no sign in available that I can find.

Hello goldengirl, and Welcome to the Webroot Community.
Let's first try running the toolbar fix, and see if that helps. After download, run it and reboot, and get back with any questions or info. Thanks.
Here: http://download.webroot.com/toolbarfix.exe
Just to add, if the fix doesn't work, then a clean install would surely restore all : https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/Toolbar-Missing/m-p/97962#M6657

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish its install scan
- Reboot once again
Thanks,
