How to I get past the signin for creating a ticket?

I enter my email address and then it prompts for a password.

I enter the password but nothing happens except the password entry is erased.

Each screen has a button to enable cookies.

I click the button each time before making an entry, but nothing works.

I have tried different browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome) with the same result.

Can you try a different email address to see if that will work? Make sure you use this link to contact support:  Webroot Customer Service I will ping the Webroot Community Staff to see if they can help you @khumphrey  @freydrew

The most likely scenario is that you’re using the incorrect e-mail address - Have you made sure you’ve tried all of the emails that could be connected to your webroot account?

If it isn’t working, the best plan is to call support with the above mentioned phone number and let them know you ran into that issue while you solve your primary concern.
