+14I am certain this has been answered before but I want to make sure. If I buy a new copy of WSAC can I use the key code to extend my subscription?

Yes you can but not if it's a Best Buy Subscription from Geek Squad in the US as you would have to go through them but if you have the new keycode just Submit a Support Ticket and put both keycodes in the Ticket and ask if you can add time from this new keycode to my current keycode! Also they have to be the same Product like WSA-Complete to WSA-Complete!

Welcome to the Community Forum!
Where were you going to purchase your WSAC from may i ask? If you purchase from the store like BestBuy, Amazon, Walmart, these boxes contain its own keycode. Also if you purchase onnline Webroot will issue a new keycode.
If you asking if you want to keep your keycode that you have now, it would be best to renew here But you can add your new keycode to your online Console as well but I would think you would need to import your Password Manager to your new keycode. You can call Tech Support here at this number below tif you have any more questions. To avoid any issues or conflicts with the new keycode you can
issue a Support Ticket and they can do this for you.
If you are asking if this will extend your subscription the answer would be yes.

+14Thank you both for your replies. The purchase is not from Best Buy it is from Webroot. It seems buying a new install is cheaper than updating my subscription.
