I bought a new keycode right before my old one expired and now I can't access password manager at all. When I go online to my webroot acount it shows both keycodes one of which is expired and says so and the other says it is current which it is. Than why can't I access passwords or password manager? When I click on the passwords button it starts to load and then has a window pop up that says "The page could not be accessed. Please try again later or wait for 5 minutes.", I don't understand how to fix this problem.

Since you recieved a new key code you will need to submit a Support Ticket so they can transfer your passwords to your new keycode . https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp
They will gladly assist you in getting this fixed free of charge with an active subscription!
