new support ticket
I am trying to open a new support ticket but it just said "we have previously been in contact????????????

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
That tells me you have been in contact with Webroot Support do you keep the replies from old support tickets as the password would be on it? Another way around is use another email address that you have access to and make sure you keep the reply as it will have the info needed to contact support again if need be.
