Really would like to continue protection on a Remotely located computer (not accessible this week) that is turned on, but WEBROOT Keycode has expired. I have another keycode which has extra license space and has not expired. Thank you.
Hello OldDumbUser,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

I believe you can add your new keycode to the remotely controlled computer.

If you have a new keycode, you can activate it as follows:

  1. Open SecureAnywhere.

  2. Click the gear icon next to My Account. Your account panel displays.

  3. Under Activate a new keycode, enter the keycode you want to add and click Activate.
If you have Password Manager you will need to Submit a Support Ticket to have your Passwords transferred to your new keycode. The same for Back up and Sync.

Hope this helps?
Thank you. When i open the control panel i see 5 computers including the one assigned to the expired key code. I don't see anyplace to modify the computer with the expired code. Can you see a way?
Hi OldDumbUser,

I apoligize in the fact I did not understand what you meant by remotely connecting to another computer. I thought yiou had a remote connection via your computer with Team Viewer or another program as such.

If your keycode has expired Webroot protects you for an additional 30 days so you have plenty of time to activate a new keycode.

Please submit a Support Ticket for this.

I am truly sorry for giving you wrong information.
There is no way to activate a keycode remotely with our Consumer Product. You will need to wait until you or someone has access to the Machine in question.
