Webroot is so user UNFRIENDLY that I am going to go back to Norton 360 unless someone can help me understand how an if it works with IE10.

I apologize for the frustration this has caused. The metro version of IE10 and environment does not allow addons including the Webroot toolbar. However, you can successfully install the toolbar on the desktop mode of Windows 8. Your online account looks like it is setup properly on the back end so you will just need to use the credentials you created to log into the toolbar once you have it installed.
