I am running Google Chrome...Version 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit). My password manager wasn't filling in my passwords.  I deleted password manager, deleted chrome and even webroot.  I cannot get the password manager extension installed.  I even did a remote with GeekSquad.  Theycould not get it to work.  any suggestions?
hello cyndiman,

Welcome to the Webroot Community.

If you have Chrome reinstalled then you can install the Password Manager extension from HERE.

If you need to reinstall Webroot:

Please follow the steps below closely in terms of installing WSA on the target system/machine!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online during the install to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Geek Squad Subscription PC users click HERE). Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
  • Install with the new installer, entering your Keycode when prompted to do so in the install process
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot
Please let us know if this resolves your issue.

Thanks,

BD

As an addition to BurnDaddy's good advice, it might also help to run the toolbar fix utility: http://download.webroot.com/toolbarfix.exe

Please let us know how you get on.

I have tried both suggestions...nothing.   Anything else?
