Hi there,


When login into my webroot account I can not access my password Manager.


Mobile(android) I ll get the message, please check your Internet connection.


Desktop pc I ll get the message it can be loaded error message appears.


I don't have webroot for a long time but a few things are not working.


The back up option takes a loooooong time. Pc I can not back up files.


I ve got the webroot complete version.


Any ideas?

This is a know issue that the Webroot Support & Development Teams are working to resolve/fix. Please take a look at THIS & THIS previous threads for additional details on this.



We are all waiting for the solution which hopefully will be with us shortly.
