Anyone else using the Password  Manager feature??  I f so, how is it working for you?   I've had Webroot for years and swear by it, but I'm getting a littlle frustrated trying to set up and use the Password Manager.  Maybe I'm just not doing it correctly, but I really want to make it work for me and it doesn't seem to work all the time.  Any comments would be appreciated.
Hello ?,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Are you using FF for your browser? Do you have the PWM toolbar in your browser? If not please read on...

At the moment Webroot Development are still working on getting this sorted out, and given that the issue is the result of a policy change by Mozilla, this is taking some time.

Having said that we do have a temporary fix for the issue the details of which you can find here. This does involve a little manual 'tweaking' but this is relatively easy to do so hopefully this will sort you out until such time as an official solution is available.

Hope that helps? If you want information on how to setup PWM..please let us know.

EDIT ? Look here for information

Kind Regardsm

No, I am NOT using Mozilla.  I'm using Chrome and I've never heard about a PWM toolbar.

Where do I find it??
Mrcowboy,

Lets check, your Chrome Extensions and make sure that the Password Manager is installed, AND enabled,

Click the menu button at the upper right corner of Chrome

Select More Tools

Select Extensions

Look to see if Webroot Password Manager is listed.  If so, but not enabled, please enable it.

If it is NOT listed, please try to run toolbarfix.exe

Have you ever logged into the Account Console and configured your user profile?  If not, please do so.  If you have, please log in and ensure that you have enabled Passwords for your user profile.

Log into Account Console

Click your email address at the upper right

Select Manage Users

At the far right of your User Profile, click the Edit button

Click the Access & Permissions tab

At the bottom, make sure that Passwords is checked.

Within WSA, Click on the Passwords are and click Manage Passwords.

Hopefully SOMETHING in here will help out.... let us know!

I have completed the things you suggested successfully except the last statement.

i.e.-"Within WSA, Click on the Passwords are and click Manage Passwords"

When I enter WSA and go to Passwords----there is no place that says "Manage Passwords"

Passwwords is checked in the previous step.  Any further  help??
OK, that is fine and thank you for your patience.  I forgot to put one last thing on that post.

Chrome has a security feature that is both cool and annoying.  If an extension is manually removed, Chrome can sometimes block it from returning.  Cool in that it keeps PUA's from returning, annoying in that something like this can happen too.

So... here it is, give this a quick try. Check out the directions posted by Baldrick, and let us know if this helps.
