Password Manager Issue

Dear Webroot Social Media Team,
 
Since purchasing a new keycode for Webroot Secureanywhere Comlete, I'm unable to log into password manager with an error about my subscription being expired.  A previous post I read suggests that the solution is for you guys to associate my password manager with my new keycode, or keycodes.

You are probably correct, the profile association needs to be changed to the new key code.  You might want to file a trouble ticket (See link below) and provide the old key code that the account is associated with, and the new key code.  That should help get things moving along for you!
