After enabling Password Manager on my Windows 10 for Home (HP Envy laptop), it is stuck at "Preparing", It appears to me Webroot Secure Anyhwhere was not quite ready for release. I fix underdeveloped. buggy, and just plain bad code all day at the office.and have little desire to spend my free time troubleshooting Webroot..

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I can assure you that WSA is very much release ready and in fact has been so for a good many years, and I can atest to that given that I am one of the beta tester fro the product.
I am not quite sure as to where you are seeing this "preparing" message unless that is when trying to access the password stored in the Cloud via the online console features?
Perhaps you could enlighten us with a bit more information related to the issue you are experiencing, so that we may try to assist.
