Password Manager stopped working. I have tried to set up account again, but evrytime I click on"set up account niow" it just takes me back to "set up account now" again.

Have you tried accessing the Password Manager from the Password Manager tab in the main app panel.  If you click on that and then try the 'Manage Passwords' button what is the result?  The same as you are describing?

 

Also, exactly where are you trying to set up the account again? Do you have the Password Manager icon in the toolbar of the browswer (which one?) you are using to access the Internet?
