Hello ?
Have you checked your settings in the Account Console under Password Management?
Please look at this KB Article here https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/Automatic-Login-Using-Password-Management/ta-p/23772
I was able to auto log in...by clicking Community.Webroot, com in PW Manager Toolbar and was redirected to the Community page by auto logging in.
Maybe ? or ? can you assist here?
Hope this helps?

Hello there!
Mine does the exact same thing. Sometimes when a log in box is presented as a pop up, the Password Manager fails to "see" it. There is a simple work around.
Click a topic, ANY topic.
Click the REPLY button
You will be re-directed to a log in page, not a pop up, and the Password Manager will be able to see it, and thus log you in. (You can also click LIKE on a post)
Once logged in, you will be brought back to the reply function, just click your bookmark to go back to the original Community page

It depends on where you are logging in to and the ability of the password manager to detect fields. If you login by clicking on the login link, then it pops up a modal window that the password manager doesn't detect. If you click on the login link that takes you to a new page, which is the buttons up top, then it will auto-fill. This is a limitation of the password manager that is out of our control as we offer a white-labelled version of LastPass.
