 I am a new user to Webroot and am trying to set-up my password manger account. However, when login to webroot anywhere the Password Manager tile just says preparing and never opens. Please help.

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

I am afraid that because you are trying to access the password data directly from the Cloud you will need to contact Webroot Support by Opening A Support Ticket. We do not have access to the back office/Cloud elements of WSA and therefore this is your only recourse.

 

Please do let us know what they come back with as and when you open the ticket/get a response.
